Rush Henrietta Rotary Treasurer, Pam Saxon, provides an update on the financial condition of the club. This mid-year financial update provides us with valuable information into the financial health of the club and the impact that our fundraisers will have on the projects that we are able to support in the future.

Club:
- Year to date our current income for the club is $7,157 which is 76% of our Rotary Year Budget of $9,475.
- Happy Dollars year to date are $952 which is 43% of our budget for the year.
- A check for $267 was received from the bottle redemption center. Keep dropping of your cans and bottles!
- A check for $832 was received from the District. This was a refund on our District Dues. We need to provide to the District how we are going to use that refund in the community.
- Meeting Meal income is at $2,906.
- Year to date our current expenses for the club are $8,054 which is 69% of our current budget of $11,700.
- Supply line - $191 spent in badges and pins.
- Postage line - $322 for the PO Box for the year.
- Rotary International dues of $2,516

Foundation:
- Year to date our current income for the Foundation is $9,152 which is 26% of our budget.
- Holiday Party Auction generated $2,078 on a budget of $1,700!
- Camp Haccamo Car Was generated $2,963 on a budget of $2,700!
- Literacy Grant/Donation in the amount of $216.
- Contributions from Club Members and from community supporters of $3,797.
- Things we need to figure out as a club:
- Event to replace the Pasta Dinner
- Sponsorship Drive
- Virtual Auction this Spring - Dates to be determined.
- Year to date our current expenses/donations for the Foundation are $10,172 which is 32% of our budget.
